I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by mountains and overlooking a beautiful lake. Secondly, the staff were so friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. I also loved the attention to detail in the rooms, especially the one I stayed in which had a lovely patio and a spacious ensuite bathroom. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, although I missed having an espresso.
No improvements needed, everything was great.

Located near a beautiful lake where you can take a swim or go for a walk in the forest behind the hotel. It's up a hill offering magnificent views of the surroundings. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Rooms are well-appointed, clean and comfortable, boasting king-sized beds with down comforters. Breakfast is great, homemade bread, sweet cakes, and fresh fruits are served daily.
The hotel's staff can be a bit on the reserved side, lacking in the warmth and friendliness mentioned in some reviews.

Nice rooms with good amenities. Good breakfast with a variety of options. the location was perfect, as it was close to all the attractions.
The hotel lacked cleanliness. the room was not properly cleaned after the previous occupants.

This hotel in a charming town along a lake surrounded by mountains was the perfect end to our month-long trip in Argentina. The value for money was exceptional, with large, well-appointed rooms that looked onto the patio. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfasts were absolutely delicious and plentiful. We felt like we were at home during our stay, thanks to the attention to detail and the warm service provided by the staff.
All was just perfect, we couldn't ask for anything more.

Loved the cozy and charming room, especially the good shower. The eclectic decoration added an interesting and unique vibe to the hotel. The breakfast was a great value, and the hotel's close proximity to shops and restaurants made it easy to find something to do. The warm and welcoming staff accommodated our needs well.
The lack of personal attention from the hotel staff may be a drawback for some travelers. The hotel wasn't exactly in the center of the action, which may be a problem for those without a car or who aren't fit for walking long distances.
